As a responsible letting agent we ensure that all the properties we list are fully compliant and meet the industry standards. For landlords it is important to be aware of the regulatory and legal requirements as well as to have up to date insurance and a robust policy to address property repairs. As part of our fully managed service we advise landlords on the regulatory requirements they must adhere to such as HMO Regulations. Our team is on hand to help with paperwork and expert advice and throughout our management service, we keep you informed of any subsequent changes to licensing regulations.

In most instances, landlords will choose to arrange their own rental insurance on the property and to enable us to act on any insurance claims that may arise during a tenancy we require a copy of this insurance document. This means we can liaise with tenants should a claim need to be made on the insurance providing a convenient service to our landlords. 

It is essential that repairs are carried out promptly and efficiently during a tenancy, this will help in maintaining your house and keeping all parties happy. In the event a repair is required we always inform our landlords and have a number of trusted tradesmen available to make repairs or if preferred we can work with a landlord's chosen team to ensure the work is completed.
